The Bossert Family has owned the William Tell Inn since 1980.   Today Chef Peter Bossert and his daughter, Renee, work side by side in the kitchen. 
   Susan Bossert, the dining room manager and hostess, known for her welcoming smile and friendly greetings makes certain that your dining experience will be a memorable one.
   Jackson, Renee's son, loves his Grandfather's spatzli and is practicing his dining room manners.
