The Bossert Family opened the William Tell Inn in 1980 .
Classically trained in Switzerland and Sweden, Chef, Peter Bossert is the Chef and Owner. His wife, Susan, is the dining room manager and known for her welcoming charm. Their daughter, Renee, just had her second baby. Owen Peter was born July 30th and is doing great!
Susie and Peter have lots of fun with their grandsons Jackson and Owen and granddog Elvis.
